I called on a Monday -- it turns out that they're closed Tuesdays, but that's the day I needed them to arrive. The florist suggested she could get it to my mom's work after she'd left so they'd be there for her in the morning Tuesday.
What a wonderful place. I have used them several times recently. For funeral arrangements, gifts and home decor. Cathy is one of the sweetest ladies I know.
I called them (from out of town) asking to get a bouquet to my mother as a congratulations gift for an award she had received --
Customer service like that isn't something that you find everyday. :) I will most definitely be calling them if I ever need flowers in the area again.
They took the initiative to my mom's business place to make sure it was open and that they could make the delivery. The last employee was to leave within the half-hour -- so to make that deadline, the florist went ahead and delivered the flowers before I had even paid the bill.
Great service...Owner can design floral displays for you from scratch...With a natural talent for beauty and creativity.
I have never been so disappointed in flowers as what was sent to the funeral home today. I ask for an arrangement not leftover flowers(some were dead) stuck in a vase. I was ashamed to have my family's name on them.
