Bob and Robin's does beautiful work. Whenever I order flowers here I never have to worry. I always know they will be absolutely amazing.
They would not take any responsibility for anything. My birthday was ruined by their lack of accountability and awareness. Plus the fact that I spent it cleaning up dog poop from a dog that I dont know.

My husband ordered flowers for my birthday. He told the driver to place them right inside the door. In doing so, he also let a stray dog into my house. When I came home, on my birthday - there was fecies all over and a ton of damage to my house.
